II. Operating System (OS) basics
- Introduction to operating systems like Windows
- Using the user interface (taskbar, icons, menus)
- File and folder management (creating, saving, deleting, renaming)
- Basic system settings (date, time, display, printer)
III. Productivity software
- Microsoft Word: Creating, formatting, and editing documents, including tables, headers, and footers
- Microsoft Excel: Working with spreadsheets, entering data, using basic formulas and functions, and creating charts
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Creating presentations, working with slides, and adding animations and transitions
IV. Internet and communication
- Browsing the web and effective searching
- Setting up and using email (sending, receiving, etiquette)
